Acute and chronic disease management, annual and sports physicals, diagnostic services, DOT physicals, immediate medical care, weight management, well child care and women’s health services are all available.
Office visits are by appointment only. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday and Thursday; 9:00 – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday; 7:00 – 4:00 p.m. Wednesday; 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday. We accept most insurances. Please call office for specifics.
