Discover Your Style: Jazzercise
Join us for our FREE Spirit “pop up” Jazzercise class. Jazzercise is a combination of aerobic exercise and dance fitness that is available for all ages and fitness levels. Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program. This class will include cardio dance combined with fitness toning, using major muscles to keep the heart rate up!
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Participants must be 16 years old.
