Patient Billing

The Patient Accounts department at Allegan General Hospital works with all the other departments within the hospital to obtain accurate information required to bill your insurance company. We take pride in providing our customers with the friendly and convenient service they deserve.

Bills can be paid anytime through our online payment form. You can also pay your bill in person at our Cashier office, located just inside the main entrance to the left of the main registration desk. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. on Friday. Phone inquiries and payments may be made by calling (269) 686 – 9100 or toll free at (866) 668-2201. Our fax number is (269) 686 - 4236. 

An on-site Financial Counselor is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to assist in answering your billing questions.
